What Is a Lead Qualification System?
A lead qualification system is the set of questions, rules, scoring, routing and follow-up that decides which enquiries reach the sales team, in what order and with what information attached.

How it works
How it works in practice
Step 1: Qualifying questions
Asked at capture in the form, chat or first call.
Step 2: CRM record
Answers are stored with the lead and its source campaign.
Step 3: Scoring or rules
Simple must-have rules first; weighted scores once there is closed-deal data to check them against.
Step 4: Routing
Each lead goes to the right person or team, ready leads first.
Step 5: Follow up
Leads that are not ready yet enter a nurture sequence instead of being lost.
Why it matters
Why it matters
Without a system, sales teams decide lead by lead, inconsistently, and good leads wait behind poor ones.
With one, marketing can be measured on qualified opportunities and sales spends its time where it is most likely to close.
Example
An example
In the Dubai real estate campaign, budget, authority, need and timeline were asked before delivery, and the answers arrived in the client's CRM with each lead.

The common mistake
Building a complex scoring model before there is enough closed-deal data. Without outcomes to check against, the points are guesses.
